Goal Weight: < 155 lbs. by my 25th birthday (3/12/10), then keep losing until I reach a happy weight between 134-154
Goal Clothing Size: 6-10
To become a runner and be able to run a 5K
To try lots of new healthy foods
To become fitter and more active and try new activities
To get off my blood pressure medicines and maintain a healthy BP without them
